After creating my tarot deck, I became fascinated by other systems of divination and eventually discovered cartomancy, the oldest known form of card based divination, built upon a standard 52 card playing deck.

The system felt incredibly rich, layered, and powerful, yet I struggled with how visually uninspiring traditional playing cards felt to read with. The meanings were there, but the visual symbolism and intuitive connection found in oracle and tarot was absent.

So, I created The Exotic Cancer Oracle Deck to capture the best of both worlds.

This deck preserves the traditional foundations of cartomancy while reimagining the cards through bespoke illustrations and carefully chosen keywords that make the system more intuitive, immersive, and visually engaging. The result is a hybrid reading experience that blends the depth of cartomancy with the accessibility of oracle cards.
